How do I know what size to order if my kid is between sizes?

Almost always go up. Kids grow faster than expected, and a slightly loose fit gives you 2-3 extra months of wear. The exception is shoes — too-big shoes cause tripping, so size up by no more than half a size.

Are your fabrics safe for sensitive skin?

We prioritize OEKO-TEX certified pieces and flag any items with synthetic dyes in the description. If your child has eczema or known sensitivities, the Uniqlo Heattech and Patagonia fleece lines are our most-recommended starting points.

What's your return policy if something doesn't fit?

30 days, unworn with tags. We include a prepaid return label in every box because we know kids' sizing is a guessing game. Exchanges ship free both ways.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — at checkout you can add gift wrap ($4) and a handwritten note. Great for birthdays and grandparent shipments. Just leave the recipient's name in the note field.

Will my order ship in the original brand packaging?

By default yes, but if it's a surprise gift you can request 'discreet shipping' in the order notes and we'll repack it in a plain mailer.
